the staff was helpful. free coffee was available.
The first room wasn't clean at all. i asked to switch. It was much better, but the sink was really smelly! i had to go downstairs to ask for toilet paper once. also, i had to empty my own garbage once.

i liked that i found free parking available. the staff booked a taxi and it arrived on time. i took advantage of the free unlimited coffee in reception. the hotel served drinks in the afternoon, good.
the vending machine did not display the actual prices of products.

The breakfast was nice. They offer a good selection of items. the staff were lovely. They handled the power cut with grace. the reception can easily book a taxi for onward travel. it's an airport hotel so we used it because we arrived late.
The room was okay but the entrance of the hotel wasn't very clean. It gave a poor first impression.
